Local Shipping (within Malaysia)

We delivers your order via third party (Easypacel) which support courier above. At a time when rate is cheaper, we will post out your item using Domestic parcel via Pos Malaysia. Shipping cost will be determine during checkout after you enter your address.

For international customer, we deliver via FlexiPack International by Pos Malaysia.

Please be noted, there will be extra charges (labeled Handling Charges) of RM4.60 for International Track On RR. This charges are Registration fees (RM1.60) and service charge of (RM3.00) for transmission of a registered postal article to a foreign destination. You will be given tracking number so you can track your parcel movement.

Notes:

  • The estimated delivery time listed applies to major cities only. Delivery to areas outside of major cities may incur additional days
  • Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents and merchandises are subjected to customs inspection and clearance. Items subjected to customs inspection and/or clearance may incur additional 48-72 hours
  • If Express Mail service is used, delivery time may be one (1) day earlier than air mail.
  • Items may be subjected to additional control and domestic rules of the destination country. Where such circumstances occur, the sender is advised to deal directly with the relevant authorities in the destination country

Our delivery take steps below:

(1) We will confirm payment from Maybank or Paypal.
(2) Once payment confirmed, your item will be checked for defect. It will be then packed nicely to avoid damage during shipment.
(3) Tracking number will be given by sms, email or personal message after parcel has been sent to our courier agent.

Delivery will take 1-2 day for inside Malaysia and for international delivery will take up to three week from the time your parcel sent to courier agent.

We take great pride in ensuring that our products are of great quality and condition. We made double checked our items for defects.

WE DO NOT EXCEPT CASH REFUND OR EXCHANGE AFTER SALE!.

However, if you receive different item than the one you ordered (totally different item code), we will exchange it at no cost. If the item are no longer available, you can choose a similar item to be sent to you with the same value or higher from previous items. You will need to pay the differences in price.

As our clothing come with standard size only, please choose size that best fit your body.  We will not entertain complaints for example the goods seem cheap, you do not like the color, and others.

Return of error items must be NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition with original tags.

Return/ exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.

** Some products are not applicable for return/exchange : previously stated products while purchase, sales items, promotional items, free gifts and purchased product at our place.

Please note:

– All exchange and return must be made within 7 day from date of purchase. After that, NO request will be entertain.
– The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
– The cost of returning the item to us and re-shipping to you is your responsibility. We will refund cost of return goods via bank transfer or we will include it in your next parcel.
– We cannot accept liability for parcels damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.

Click on Edit link to change.

Edit both Billing and Shipping address. Click Save when you are done.

To change your password, click on Account details link. Click Save when are done.
